Need to Return or Exchange?

Whichever one it is, there are a few rules you need to know.

All in stock items are shipped within 1 to 7 business days. For all order inquiries after the 7 Business Day period please email your order number to lrwboutique@gmail.com. Business days do not include weekends. 

All ship dates are tenative. No dates are guaranteed.  We are currently dealing with shipments being delayed and supplies being limited. 

All emails are answered between 10am-5pm daily. I will do my best to get to emails between 24/48 hours. 

Please remember I am not always at my computer. If you don't get a response within 48 hours please send follow up email as it might be going to spam mail. I check email a few times a day so please be patient.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY IS LOCATED ON THE BOTTOM OF YOUR PACKING SLIP THAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE. 

ALL SALES FINAL ON SALE ITEMS, MYSTERY BAGS AND LRW~ORIGINALS® NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS.

NO REFUNDS ON REGULAR PRICED ITEMS. HOWEVER, WE UNDERSTAND IF WE NEED TO EXCHANGE A SIZE. WE ARE HAPPY TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM FOR ANOTHER SIZE AS LONG AS WE STILL HAVE IT IN STOCK.

STORE CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN IF WE CAN NOT EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES UNLESS INSURANCE WAS PURCHASE AT CHECKOUT. 

EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE. ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN POSTAGE, AS WELL AS LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S) YOU RETURN. A TRACKING NUMBER FOR YOUR RETURN SHOULD BE SENT TO US AT LRWBOUTIQUE@GMAIL.COM
